Our intensive Adaptive Leadership Program is a 2-day emersion designed to build adaptive capacity so leaders can reflect clearly, collaborate more effectively and lead through complexity.

This leadership development program will enable participants to:

  • Diagnose complex challenges accurately
  • Identify and shift limiting patterns
  • Work on real-time culture experiments that create real change

This Program is designed for senior level leaders and influencers, who are experienced in leading through complexity, and wanting to shift into a higher level of performance.

The adaptive practice program aims to enhance understanding of technical and adaptive practices, prompting leaders to reflect on and adjust their leadership repertoire. It encourages different collaborative approaches and thinking, to make organisations more adaptable. This program is designed to be part of a broader leadership evolution journey, demanding commitment, practice, and courageous action.
