Our Workplace Coaching Program is a 5-day (Level 1 - 3 days, Level 2 - 2 days) intensive leadership program designed for leaders and business partners who are building successful teams using a coach approach.

This leadership development program will enable participants to:

  • Help others achieve their specific personal and professional goals
  • Strengthen the capability of their teams and partners
  • Have the skills to build a coaching culture

This Program is designed for middle and senior level leaders, organisational development and business partners, trainers and facilitators. It is aligned to the International Coaching Federation’s (ICF) core coaching competencies and ethics, providing a high international professional standard of coach education. By completing both Levels 1 and 2, our program can be used as a pathway to becoming an accredited coach.

Our programs can be adapted to suit your specific needs, including content and delivery following further scoping and review. We are happy to offer bespoke, flexible options to align with your organisation’s needs and budget, ensuring the best value outcome.

Level 1 Program Details

  • Focus: complete suite of foundational coaching skills
  • Pre-work: reading material prior to the workshop
  • Workshops: 3 full days face to face
  • Peer coaching groups and field work: self directed and documented coaching practice sessions and reflective practice
  • Coaching in Action: 90 minute virtual session

By the end of this Program, leaders will be able to:

  1. 1.Appraise the distinctions between coaching, mentoring, consulting and counselling
  2. 2.Assess the coaching needs of coachees
  3. 3.Demonstrate foundational concepts and models of workplace coaching skills
  4. 4.Demonstrate and reflect on the core coaching competencies
  5. 5.Design and implement effective coaching plans
  6. 6.Critically reflect on the outcomes of coaching practice to support ongoing professional and personal development

Level 2 Program Details

  • Focus: Advanced coaching skills
  • Pre-work: Reading material prior to the workshop
  • Workshops: 2 full days face to face
  • Peer Coaching Groups: Self directed and documented coaching practice sessions and reflective practice
  • Coaching in Action: 90 minute virtual session

By the end of this Program, leaders will be able to:

  1. 1.Integrate techniques into coaching practice to address the dynamics and core issues in workplace coaching, including resistance and barriers, enabling change and action planning
  2. 2.Evaluate the distinction between coaching and performance management, and the integration of coaching principles within performance management processes
  3. 3.Apply ethical principles, contracting and coaching standards in coaching practice
  4. 4.Demonstrate an ability to apply advanced coaching techniques and practice
  5. 5.Analytically reflect on practice and feedback from professional coaches
  6. 6.Analyse your own personal coaching vision
